Auto Reform has come to Ontario effective September 1, 2010
On September 1, 2010 your Ontario government mandated several important changes to the Accident Benefit coverages provided to Ontario Motorists. These changes are intended to make car insurance fairer, to reduce the cost of car insurance by eliminating fraud, and to provide Ontario drivers the opportunity to choose the individual benefits that they require.

For any accident reported after September 1, 2010 the maximum compensation for "minor" injuries is $3500.00. Other coverage limits and conditions will be amended to the new limits on the date of your next renewal.
